Think differently. Lead better.

Gifted Leaders

Giftedness and leadership: there is a lot of talk about it, but remarkably little actual discussion.

In Gifted Leaders, together with Anne Van Caeneghem, I discuss the science, practice, and experiences of gifted leaders. We talk about quickly making connections , seeing through complex situations , and having a strong sense of what is going on. The strength, and the challenges that can come with it.

With case studies , experiences , insights , and practical language to move the conversation forward.

Stereotyping

What happens when we stop viewing giftedness and other forms of neurodiversity as something to hide or manage, and start exploring what it can contribute?

Gifted Leaders is not a manual on how to fit better into a box. Rather, it is an invitation to thoroughly examine the existing boxes.

For whom

Gifted Leaders is for gifted leaders who want to better understand themselves and their way of working. But also for organizations, managers, HR professionals, and colleagues who want to understand what happens when people think, communicate, and lead differently.

Because neurodiversity is never just a story about the individual. It is also about the environment in which that individual tries to work, lead, and make an impact.
