Making visible what is invisible
The behavior people display at work is often just the tip of the iceberg. Below the waterline, in and between people, much takes place that remains invisible:

That is precisely why communication sometimes does not run smoothly.
I help individuals and teams make visible what is invisible, and remove what stands in the way of clear communication. I believe that organizations only truly grow when people dare to have the conversations that matter: honest, courageous, and constructive .
What I work with
In workshops and training programs on communication, I focus primarily on:
connecting communication
giving and receiving feedback
influencing and political skills
dealing with conflict and resistance
I translate scientific insights into practical tools and habits that people can use the very next day.
Also giving a voice to the undercurrent
Using insights and methodologies from Deep Democracy, I help groups allow the voice of the minority and the undercurrent to be heard. This creates space within a team for what would otherwise remain unsaid.
A scientific basis, translated into human terms
Communication has been the common thread in my work for more than fifteen years. In 2016, I obtained my PhD in Communication Sciences from the University of Antwerp. In my doctoral research, I investigated how bystanders react to cyberbullying among young people . Making challenging group dynamics and taboos open for discussion is therefore not unfamiliar to me.
I also contributed to an educational game and a toolkit to help schools tackle bullying. My research resulted in 23 peer-reviewed publications and more than 2,100 academic citations , plus dozens of publications that translate research into practice.
I bring that scientific basis to every training,
in a way that feels human and is applicable.
