Neurodiversity

Think and feel differently, with room to shine

Neurodivergence and giftedness are still a taboo in the workplace, and there are many misconceptions about them.

I have made it my mission to foster more openness and awareness within organizations, so that people who think and feel differently are given more space to truly let their talents shine .

LECTURES

I give lectures on giftedness and neurodiversity at work, with insights for professionals, managers, and HR.

GUIDANCE FOR LEADERS

I guide gifted and other neurodivergent leaders to become more effective as leaders, without losing themselves in the process.

GIFTED LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Together with executive coach Anne Van Caeneghem, I offer the Gifted Leadership Program for gifted leaders.

Fish out of water?

In my approach to neurodiversity, I look at the individual , but equally at the system in which they operate. After all, whether a trait ultimately becomes a limitation or a talent is largely context-dependent.

My focus is on giftedness, driven by my own experience as a gifted leader and professional. Additionally, I have knowledge of and affinity with other forms of neurodivergence, such as ADHD and autism.
